Time Zone Confusion

Hey I'm confused on what to select for the correct time zone. There's no Pacific Time, Eastern Time, or something like that. Can you help me choose the right one for Eastern Time Zone?

? when I checked, it already had me in the right time zone, i.e. +1 hour (Germany).
